I will start by saying that: my services are "invest-able opportunities".
As a trained designer, I cover quite a broad spectrum of elements. My professional services from concept to completion of any project include:
1. Architectural Drawings of Interiors and Exteriors - Title 24 and Structural drawings are not part of my services. I devolve them to the appropriate specialists, my power partners and trustworthy professionals.
2. Model making to scale (when required) - In a large project, this process will save the Client a boat load of money. All the flaws can be studied and fixed before starting the construction of a large project.
3. Design and development of Kitchens and Baths.
4. Remodeling of any rooms.
5. Space Planning.
6. Hard/Soft Materials and Finishes Selections.
7. Stone, Floor and Iron Designs.
8. Custom Furniture Designs. As I always say: "If it is not sold anywhere, I can design and produce it".
9. Furnishing, Accessory Selections and Window Treatment Designs.
10. Illumination Selection and Reflected Ceiling Plans.
11. Landscape: Concept, Layout, Garden Designs and Lighting.
12. Staging - I work with Realtors helping decluttering their Clients' homes and adding harmony, a better interior flow, arranging furniture, paying attention to small details and perhaps a fresh coat of paint. In addition, I take care of the exterior beautification and curb appeal. After the house is sold, I help the new home owners understanding their needs in the new dwelling and work towards achieving their goals.

How do we start working together: The process involves a few steps, but it is very simple.
*** A potential Client calls to invite me to his/her home to asses the job. To make our work together a success and to create a mutually successful result, I will give ideas and will consult with the potential Clients as long as needed, but all the hours spent in the potential Client's home are billable at the regular hourly fee. This initial hourly fee will count towards future payments, when the potential Client hires me for the development of the project.
*** I will bring my large portfolio and videos to show. This is the Client's time to ask me all kinds of questions to understand my work, my personality and the development of the project.
*** Two days later, I will go back to the potential Client's home with a contract that all the parties involved in the process will sign, including myself. The contract is personalized to reflect the scope of the project, the need of that particular Client and everything concerning my duties spelled out very clearly.
*** With the signing of the contract, a down payment is required at the same time.
*** I will plan my first presentation according to my work schedule. I will get to my drawing board at once. "Rock and Rolling" will start. That is my jokingly way to say that the new project excites me and all my time is dedicated to it and my new Client. Generally, it will take two weeks before I can give the first presentation.
*** In the meantime, Client has the opportunity to interview my suggested contractors and professionals, or interview their own to line up the labour.
*** After all my design concepts are in place and are approved, the construction will start, accordingly to the Client's schedule. Contractors will present their own time line. I will be always present on the job site until the completion of the project as the Client's representative and I will oversee the development of the project, supervise the crew, respond to all questions and resolve all the challenges.
*** From the start to the completion, my job is to take care of YOU, my Client.
***I also offer consultations for Clients with small projects and/or questions about decorating issues, or for Clients who only need some ideas.
*** I bring passion and enthusiasm to any project and I leave a comfortable luxury when the project is completed.
